Does AutoPost really publish, or does it just send me a reminder?
It publishes. Every network is connected through its official publishing API — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and X — so a scheduled post is uploaded and posted to the connected account with no manual step. The response each platform returns is stored against the post so you can see what happened.
Do I need to prepare content or shoot videos myself?
No. AutoPost uses the images and videos that already exist on your Shopify products. If a product has a video it can go out as a Reel or a video post; if it only has photos, AutoPost publishes a single image, a carousel or a pin, depending on the network.
Which social networks are supported?
Instagram (professional accounts), TikTok, Facebook Pages, Pinterest business accounts and X (Twitter). One automation can publish to several networks at once — see the integrations overview.
What data does AutoPost access?
AutoPost requests read access to products, files, orders and publications in Shopify, plus write access to files, and it stores access tokens for the social accounts you connect. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
Can I cancel or disconnect an account?
Yes. Disconnect a social account in the app at any time and its tokens are deleted. Uninstalling the app from Shopify stops all posting, and you can request full deletion of your data at any point.
