Billing questions
What counts as a post?
One published post to one network consumes one credit. Publishing the same product to Instagram and TikTok is two posts. A carousel of several images is still a single post.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Publishing pauses until the monthly allowance resets or you move to a larger plan. Your automations and templates stay exactly as they are — nothing is deleted.
Is there a daily limit as well as a monthly one?
Yes: 2 posts a day on Free, 5 on Basic and 10 on Advanced. The daily cap keeps automations from emptying a monthly allowance in one afternoon and helps you stay inside the platforms' own anti-spam limits.
How am I charged?
Through Shopify. The subscription appears on your regular Shopify invoice, so there is no separate payment method to manage. Changing or cancelling a plan is done in the app and processed by Shopify.
Do AI captions cost extra?
No. AI generation is part of every plan, including Free, and is covered by the post credits you already have.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Cancel the subscription in the app or uninstall AutoPost in Shopify; publishing stops immediately. See the Terms of Service for the details.
