Feed images, videos, Reels and carousels on a professional account. Details
One app between your catalog and your social feeds
AutoPost covers the whole chain: choosing which products deserve a post, writing the copy, preparing the media, publishing it on five networks and telling you what happened. Here is every part of it.
Five networks, one queue
Connect the accounts you actually use. Each connection is an OAuth authorisation on the platform's own login screen — AutoPost never asks for a social media password.
TikTok
Video posts, photo posts and carousels of up to 35 images. Details
Photo and video posts to the Facebook Pages you manage. Details
Image and video pins on the board you choose, linked to the product. Details
X (Twitter)
Short product posts with media, inside the 280-character limit. Details
Same post, several places
One automation can target any combination of the above. Captions are validated against each network's own limits before anything is queued. Compare networks
Captions written from your product data
AutoPost sends the product's own attributes — title, description, price, type and collection — to an AI model together with the instruction you chose, and puts the result into your template. You review it before it goes live, and you can regenerate as many times as you like.
- Ready-made prompts for new arrivals, weekly favourites, coming soon, benefit-led copy, use cases and problem–solution posts
- Tone and language of your choice, including stores selling in several markets
- AI output can be one block inside an otherwise fixed template, so brand lines stay exactly as written
- Nothing is published unattended that you have not approved as a template first

Rules that decide what gets posted, and when
An automation combines product conditions, a template, target networks, a schedule and an end-of-run behaviour. Run several in parallel — one for new arrivals, one for bestsellers, one for a seasonal campaign.
Product conditions
| Condition | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Any products | Rotate the whole catalog continuously |
| Product creation time | Announce everything added in the last N days |
| Product update time | Re-post items whose price or description just changed |
| Product title contains | Target a line or keyword, e.g. “Merino” |
| Product status | Publish only active products |
| Sales channel | Post only what is published to a given channel |
When the run finishes
| Action | Result |
|---|---|
| Keep posting on schedule | The automation starts over and keeps the feed alive indefinitely |
| Post once, then skip | Every matching product is published exactly once |
| Post twice, then skip | Each product gets a second appearance, then stops |
| Disable automation | The automation switches itself off — ideal for a dated campaign |
- Out-of-stock products are skipped so you never advertise what you cannot ship
- Publication order is configurable, so a collection goes out in a deliberate sequence
- Daily and monthly post limits from your plan are respected automatically
A calendar you can actually read
Choose the weekdays and hours each automation may publish. AutoPost fills the queue accordingly and shows the whole plan in a calendar, so you can see what goes out this week before it happens.
- Weekday and hour slots per automation
- Calendar and list views of scheduled, published and failed posts
- Edit a caption, swap the media or reschedule any single post
- Create a one-off post by hand whenever you need one
Your product media, prepared for each platform
Every network has its own idea of the right aspect ratio, file size and format. AutoPost handles that so a post is not rejected for a technical reason.
Smart resizing
Images are resized and re-encoded to fit each network's requirements instead of being cropped at random.
Product video reuse
Videos attached to products are published as Reels, video posts or video pins, with duration and size checked first.
Bulk media upload
Upload media in bulk and attach it to products so automations always have something to publish.
Pre-flight validation
Format, size, resolution and caption length are checked before upload, and problems are reported to you, not to your followers.
Know what was published and what went wrong
Post history
Every post keeps its status, target network, scheduled time and the response the platform returned.
Readable errors
Platform rejections are translated into plain language — image too large, unsupported format, video too long, too many posts in a short period — so you know what to fix.
Usage and limits
See how many posts you have used this month and per day against your plan, before you hit the ceiling.
Native where it matters
Embedded in your admin
AutoPost runs inside Shopify admin using Shopify's own design system, so it looks and behaves like the rest of your dashboard.
Shopify billing
Subscriptions are charged through Shopify on your regular store invoice. Change or cancel your plan at any time.
Scoped access
The app requests read access to products, files, orders and publications plus write access to files — and nothing beyond what publishing requires.
Social account tokens are stored encrypted and used only to publish content you configured. Shopify's mandatory data-request, customer-redact and shop-redact webhooks are implemented, so deletion requests are honoured automatically. Read the Privacy Policy or ask us at help-center@amasty.com.
